Supreme Court Judges Says They’re Prone To Rule On NSA Surveillance

US Supreme Court Members have indicated at Thursday night that finally they have to decide on security agency NSA’s surveillance plans. The indications comes from two justice Antinin Scalia and Ruth Bader Ginsburg, they was attending a public event at the National Press Club in Washington and answering the questions from journalists about whether court will take any decisions against US intelligence surveillance which are disclosed by Ed Snowden. The justices did not talked about any specific programs because there is hundreds of lawsuit still waiting for hearing which are confronting the administration well known bulk collection of phone recordings.

TechCrunch says “the two judges “agreed that freedom of speech is the most important of the freedoms enumerated in the Bill of Rights.” This is topical given the recent awarding of the Pulitzer Prize to the Guardian and the Washington Post for their reporting on the NSA’s mass surveillance activities. Justice Ginsburg went on to praise the media, and even excuse it of possible sin: “I think the press has played a tremendously important role as watchdog over what the government is doing. That keeps the government from getting too far out of line. Yes, there are excesses in the press, but we have to put up with that.”

Antonin Scalia
Recently, US government released a new commandment which is US Government Will DiscloseInternet Exploits, but wouldn’t be able to put all the controversies to rest. A Federal judge says that the program did not pleased the law but another judge says in that month is not so both the cases are waiting for hearing. Scalia says that he did not think that they would be a perfect phenomenon for judging on security Matters because of its lack of experience.

Orange Gives All Access Of Their Data To French Intelligence

According to new Document leaked by Edward Snowden, Orange has been illegally cooperating with French intelligence. The incident was investigated by Le Monde; the DGSE was having all access to Orange’s data. Orange in the leading telecom company in France with more than 25 Million users and clients these users are communicating with several thousands of non Orange clients. Each and every one in country is concerned about the matter and no statement has come out from the French government. No regulation has say in this relationship between Orange and agencies and the data was shared with GCHQ in the UK too. The state owns 27 percent of the company but Orange has operated as private for years but when it comes to bulk collection it still works as state owned.

TechCrunch Said “Orange employees help the DGSE create and develop new tools to collect and analyze data. Contrarily to PRISM, it’s not just an agreement between the government and big Internet companies, it’s an implicit “joint venture” that has been going on for around 30 years. Both the government and the DGSE had no comment on the allegations. Orange CEO Stéphane Richard said that he wasn’t aware of what the DGSE was doing. He just granted access to Orange for employees of the DGSE in order to comply with the law. The three other main telecom companies denied the existence of similar programs with them.

Last year, Le Monde found that French government has PRISM like spying program, which is specially design to collect bulk data like call history, recipient, Size of the text Emails subjects and other Mata data. This program was also design to target communication on phone, emails and data from Tech companies like Google, Facebook, Apple, and Microsoft.

President Obama Defends NSA Director Says “He Should Have Been Careful”

US president Obama sensitively defended the Director of Intelligence James Clapper, accused of lying to Congress about the NSA’s Spying program. President said last Friday that Clapper should have been more careful because when he was in the meeting with the Senate panel, he was denying to collecting Information of millions of people around the world. As of NSA was being accused of spying of people and due to this it totally vanished the reputation in the industry. Clapper already apologized to Senate panel for his “clearly erroneous” statement. The apology that clapper made, is not stopping critics like Sen Rand Paul demanding his resignation from the post. No matter how much he deny, not having any program but it has proved by the NSA whistleblower Edward Snowden. The documents that he shows last year are the proof of NSA Scandals, like paying RSA to backdoor the encryption method.

Obama SaidI think that Jim Clapper himself would acknowledge, and has acknowledged, that he should have been more careful about how he responded, the president told CNN’s Jake Tapper. His concern was that he had a classified program that he couldn’t talk about and he was in an open hearing in which he was asked, he was prompted to disclose a program, and so he felt that he was caught between a rock and a hard place. What's clear is that we are going to have to do a better job of being transparent about what we do, to have a robust public debate about what we do.

Support to put Clapper on a trial is getting messy, which will totally ruin the environment to pass any congressional sections. This will not be good legacy to future intelligence agencies, that they will make any statement they want because they know they wouldn't get caught

Political catastrophe in Bangladesh: Questioning to Nationwide Individuality

The Capital Dhaka recently has been gone through different violence and shutdowns during past few months. Deadly protest and violence had claimed that 100’s of lives lost in the protest and elections and the crisis don’t even at the point of its end. At this point when people had suffered and starved but the problem is something else, the fight between Moderate and secular forces and radical Islamic forces.

From the starting of the democratic system in country, the state has been stained by disbelieve among the two political groups - Awami League and Bangladesh Nationalist Party. This disbelieve in the parties has for the goodness of the party to the country. Opposition does not want elections mean while the ruling party holding the control of the EC and trying to form the democracy. This matter led them to block in 1995 and 2000 and ending the democratic process during 2006 and 2008. Sheikh Hasina leads the Awami League Govt. and came in power in 2008 with mainstream, which lead the country in a good way the she’s been trying to overcomes  the crisis in nation.

The diplomat had said that “Despite the constitutional amendment, the BNP is not willing to participate in elections unless its demand for a caretaker government is met. Intervention from the international community and the United Nations has failed to bring any kind of reconciliation between the major political parties. The general elections on January 5 would be held without any participation from the largest opposition party and its alliance partners, thereby raising serious question about the legitimacy of the electoral process and the future of Bangladesh’s nascent democracy.

The main fight of the regime is between the two parties that we spoke of early, but somewhere the human rights the being smashed and people are still starving in country and prime minister is trying to overcome the problems. sources said that Reassuring signs aside, challenges in SA are daunting. There is news going around about the Elections in nation that Elections Hanging by a thread.

Protection Of Rights Should Be For All Of Us

How refreshing and expectant to hear the outgoing head of the Organization for Islamic Co-operation (OIC) declare this week that Muslim states should broaden rights for minorities. After nine years as the president of an association that carry together 57 Muslim nations, Ekmeleddin Ihsanoglu is stepping down from the post. Simultaneously, as emphasizing minority rights, he has also highlighted that western countries should do more to fight prejudice against Muslims there.
Ekmeleddin Ihsanoglu
The majority of prestigious example of his hard work was a visit to Myanmar last year to assess the harassment of the Rohingya Momins. Although an OIC delegation was finally allowed entry into the country where nearly 810,000 citizen Momins are immigrant facing violence, and death and discrimination, the organization was declined permission to set up a home office to assist them. Mr Ihsanoglu’s words have also highlighted the unstable position of Christians in some Momins countries. security is all about country needs. They are wounded of increasingly inflexible political groups who assault not just minorities of other confidence, but also intra-faith minorities.
Organization for Islamic Co-operation

"I have no hesitation that there is room for religious freedom development in a few parts of the Islamic world with regard to permitting non- Islamics to have access to their holy facilities or arrangement of such amenities,” said Mr Ihsanoglu. I expect his words will have a crash on the idea and protection of wider minority human rights in the Muslim world, affecting not just to less number ssof more religions, but also in the Islamic fold. In Bangladesh, the secularist administration has been cracking down aggressively and breaking the rule of law when it comes to less number of Hindu , assaults on women, and arresting and killing resistance members, mainly among Islamist groups.

Remind Law for Disobedient Mayors and other Projected Politicians

Randy Hillier said Ontario's Premier should permit voters to fire regional and public politicians who behave shoddily. To lob her support behind his personal member's bill, he's calling on Premier Kathleen Wynne who agrees to recall members of regional parliament.Hillier said, the legislation could be altered to include politicians surrounding Toronto's Rob Ford and other misbehaving mayors in the rouse of the scandals.Municipal law makes no provision for Ford's forced removal from office, unless he's condemned and imprisoned for a criminal offence or skips 3 months of meetings without consent from council.

Hillier said. I don’t think that the situation is proper right now, that people have to plead, steal or borrow for tools with some other level f government for involvement. He also adds that, politicians should be pleasured like anyone else.Hillier's proposal is to let voters remind a politician in any case 25 per cent of the people who voted in the last election if they get support. As bye election would seize, the politician would be removed from office and the evoked politician could still run as a candidate.

Kathleen Wynne
As a result of scandal- overwhelmed mayor I’ll consider provide Toronto "new tools” if the city's government come to a decision that it just can't function, says Wynne. As it wouldn't be relevant to all municipal politicians, he is not in its favor, says Hillier. He also states that, 'I think this is what the Toronto citizens want me to do for their own people who are elected as it's not suitable for me or Premier Wynne or Bebo kobo or anyone else to stay back. He also adds that on conduct of nominated officials between elections there is need of checks & balances and politicians may not prop up such verdict if they know that they could be evoked by voters. With a proviso for municipal officials, Hillier wants Wynne to believe his bill get tracked fast.Hillier can move forward the bill himself by finding another MPP who would grant him their agreed time in the legislature, says John Milloy, house leader of Government.
